Flaming Lamborghini

Flaming Lamborghini Cocktail

Ingredients :
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (tia maria,kahlua)
- 1 oz sambuca
- 1 oz blue curacao liqueur
- 1 oz irish cream (bailey's)

Use a "In glass" for Flaming Lamborghini drink recipe .
Pour the sambuca and kahlua into a cocktail glass.
Pour the baileys and blue curacao into two seperate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass.
Set light the concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should be drunk in one).
As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone.
Serve in "Shot Glass " Garnish: No Ingredients: coffee liqueur (Tia Maria,Kahlua). sambuca. blue curacao liqueur. Irish cream (Bailey's).

Margarita

The Margarita is the most common of tequila-based cocktails, made with Triple Sec or Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueurs, and lime or lemon juice, often served with salt on the glass rim.

Silver or blanco tequilas are preferred for margaritas, though some will use reposados or 'gold' tequilas.


In other languages, margarita is the Latin word for pearl; and Spanish for the daisy flower, which is also the name of a different cocktail.

Common ratios for a margarita are
2:1:1 = 6:3:3 (50% tequila, 25% Triple Sec or Cointreau, 25% fresh lime or lemon juice).
3:2:1 = 6:4:2 (50% tequila, 33% Triple Sec or Cointreau, 17% fresh lime or lemon juice).
3:1:1 = 6:2:2 (60% tequila, 20% Triple Sec or Cointreau, 20% fresh lime or lemon juice).
1:1:1 = 6:6:6 (33% tequila, 33% Triple Sec or Cointreau, 33% fresh lime or lemon juice).

1 ounce Tequila
1 ounce Orange Liqueur or Grand Marnier
3 ounces of Sweet and Sour
Salt
Lime Juice
Add 1 to 2 cups of ice

Shake ingredients in a cocktail mixer and then strain into salt-rimmed cocktail glass.
